Each session will provide health and human services staff as well as educators with training on drug trends and simple drug identification.
Presenter Bio:

I am a native Vermonter, married to Susan for 31 years and proud father of two amazing boys (Zachary and Michael).
I was a police officer for 38 years in Vermont. I was a member of the Colchester Police for more than 35 years. I dedicated the majority of my career to Impaired Driving initiatives to include teaching at the Vermont Police Academy and in several states to include: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Arizona, Florida and the US Virgin Islands.
I am recognized as a subject matter expert by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in the area of the Drug Evaluation and Classification Program and Impaired Driving programs. I am a past Chair of the Drug Recognition Expert Section of the International Association of Chiefs of Police. I have been recognized as an expert numerous times by Vermont’s District courts and the United States District Court (District of Vermont).
